Shipping policy

Standard Delivery Information

• Cozycove is currently only available in the U.S. We ship to all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses or U.S. territories.

  For orders to the 48 contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on orders $50 and above. Orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days.

  Orders placed before 12:00 pm generally ship the same (business) day from either our warehouse in Nevada. Our warehouses are closed on weekends and major holidays. Please note the day your order ships does not count toward transit time.
  
  Orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground with a transit time of 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. 
  
  You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. If you have any questions about your order status, please reach out to us at hello@acozyfuture.com.

  Our warehouse processes and ships orders quickly. If you placed an order within the last hour and you need to cancel or change the shipping address, please email us at hello@acozyfuture.com and we’ll do our best to help.
  

Delivery Modifications

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Please note that by using our platform, you authorize us to leave parcels at your doorstep as proof of delivery (photos will include door/unit number).
• Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver may attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided us with. 

Missed/Wrong/Damaged items

• If you have any issue with your delivery, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
