The Goal

We aim to build the first diaper recycling facility capable of processing over one tonne of used diapers each day. While we’re still in the early stages and are far from having the full capabilities to recycle diapers, we’re working hard to get there. Check our progress through our social media and our blog, and take a look at our roadmap below on how we intend to build towards this mission.

Phase 1

Crowdfunding Phase

To kickstart our journey, we’re launching a crowdfunding campaign with the goal of selling 50,000 cartons of diapers. The funds raised will go directly toward the purchase and development of our first diaper recycling machine. Every purchase helps bring us one step closer to a cleaner, waste-free future.

Phase 2

Construction Phase

Once funding is secured, we will begin the manufacturing and installation of the recycling system. This phase is expected to take around six months, during which we’ll work closely with engineers and partners to ensure the machine meets environmental and safety standards.

Phase 3

Commissioning & Launch

After installation, we will enter the commissioning stage, where the recycling system is tested, refined, and prepared for full operation. Once ready, we will work with waste management partners to collect used diapers from both industry partners and directly from consumers.
