Waist snug right below belly button. No gaps around legs or waist. Room to run a finger around waist + legs (pull out the ruffles!)
Signs it's time to...
Size Up
- Waist sits more than 2 fingers below the belly button
- Tabs barely close at the edges of the landing zone
- Leaves lasting red marks or indents on the waist and thighs
- You experience an increase in leaks, blowouts, and tears, especially overnight
Size down
- Sags around the legs, leading to leaks
- Gaps at the waist and/or bunched up leg holes
- Tabs close together or overlap
