Cozy and Dry Guarantee

The Cozy and Dry guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• This guarantee only applies to your first pack of Cozycove diapers purchased online or in store.

• You must provide valid proof of purchase to qualify. 

• Shipping fees are not refundable under the Cozy and Dry guarantee.

• Claims must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase shown on receipt.

• Each new customer is eligible for the Cozy and Dry guarantee one (1) time only. 

• This guarantee does not affect your rights to a replacement or refund relating to any faults or defects with Cozycove products. 

• Cozycove reserves the right to update, amend, or withdraw the Cozy and Dry Guarantee and its terms at any time without prior notice.

• The Cozy and Dry Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the customer resides. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that country. 

• Final eligibility under this guarantee will be determined at the sole discretion of Cozycove.
